How Embergrade handles your data

What we collect

• The address you enter, so we can look up your hazard class.
• The photos you upload, so we can analyze them.
• The findings and grade we generate from those photos.

What we do with your photos

Your photos are sent to a leading AI vision provider for image analysis, under no-training enterprise terms. They are never sold, never shared with insurers or other third parties, and are auto-deleted from our storage after 90 days.

Public share links

Reports live at /r/<id> for one year. If you share that link, anyone with it can view the report — but the full address is redacted to city + ZIP for non-owners. Photos themselves are not publicly accessible.

Your controls

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@embergrade.com (mailbox arrives at production launch). Signed-in users will get a one-click delete in the account settings page.

What we don't do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t share your photos or address with insurers.
• We don’t use your photos to train models.
• We don’t track you across the web.
